eServices Now Displays Claims Messages for Part B Providers

We are pleased to announce we have added an exciting new feature to our eServices portal. Part B providers are now be able to view Explanation of Benefits (EOB) narrative message descriptions associated with your claim lines.

Locating this information in eServices is simple and fast. Here are some helpful navigation tips about the EOB narrative:

• Part B and RRB providers will see a new column (Line Messages) on the Claim Status Information screen
• When users select the "View" link, message codes for the claim line will be displayed

After logging into the eServices portal, you can access the narrative messages by following these prompts:

• Click on the Claims (MCS) tab
• Select "Claims Status"
• Under the "Line Messages" field, select "View"

When using this feature, please note there may be additional messages on your remittance advice. Users will need to download a copy of the full remittance advice to view other messages that may be related to the claim line.
